Park Rules

1. Parkshore residents and their guests are the only ones allowed to use the park. The key is for family members only, please do not loan your key to non-members. If you have a guest, please make sure to be there with them.

2. All posted rules are to be observed by everyone using the park.

3. Obscene language will not be tolerated at the park.

4. Swimming is always at the swimmer’s own risk.

5. No parking on the grass or around the circle drive. The circle is for loading, unloading boat launching. All cars are to be parked on the gravel or paved areas adjacent to the tennis courts.

6. No cars, motorcycles, skateboards, or motorized devises on the beach or grass.

7. Only soft soled shoes on the tennis courts. NO bicycles, roller-blades or hockey on the courts.

8. Parties with 20 or more- guests must seek permission from the Parkshore secretary or fill out online form for use of the park and availability. A $25.00 deposit must be paid to secure reservation. Deposit will be returned if park is left clean with no damage.

9. All members can access the beach and boating areas during another member’s gathering, even if park has been reserved.

10. Dogs in the park must be on a leash or under control of the owner. Be respectful other members while beach is being used. PLEASE CLEAN UP ALL MESSES CREATED BY YOUR PETS.

11. Non payment of dues could result in suspending park usage including but not limited to: park keys, docks, boat ramp, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, park, swimming area, fishing... park grounds, etc.

12. Park gate must remain locked at all times after entering & exiting.

13. No aerial fireworks at any time in the park.

14. The park is not to be used as storage of any kind. Parkshore Board has the discretion to determine if empty boat trailers can be stored during summer months, depending on water levels.

15. Any property damage that occurs from a resident or their visitor, will be the responsibility of the resident to repair. Repairs must be approved by the Board. If damages are repaired with PS funds the resident will be billed.
